This approach of Andalucía TECH suggests as main objective to increase the educational excellence at all scopes of training, focusing on its specialisation field. Andalucía TECH tries to turn into international benchmark with the ability to attract talent and that this excellence in training contributes effectively to the consolidation of new knowledge society.

This objective is suggested from a point of view of Lifelong Learning, with different specific objectives:

Objective A.1:

To strengthen teaching of excellence through direct involvement of Andalucía TECH in efficient learning and teaching (teaching quality focused on the student learning), support of pedagogic improvement and innovation and evaluation of results obtained in students with active professional and civic futures. In this scene, inclusion of Vocational Training into activities of Andalucía TECH will be promoted.

Objetive A.2:

To reach an international benchmark position, implementing internationalisation strategies aimed at attracting teaching and research talent students in specialisation fields of Andalucía TECH. Similarly, mobility of students to other Universities with which there are or there will be agreements will be boosted.

Objetivo A.3:

To boost training, especially International Postgraduate and PhD learning targeted at specialisation and research, transfer and innovation strategy that supports the principles of Andalucía TECH aggregation.
