Andalucía TECH makes a major commitment to the internationalization with a clear decision to convert the Campus into an intercultural space that encourages people’s comprehensive development, promotes their ability to adaptation and integration to the new international environment and stimulates the internationalization of knowledge transfer mechanisms.
The Internationalization Strategies will be the following:
EI.1. STRATEGY FOR STRENGTHENING THE ATTRACTION OF INTERNATIONAL TALENTTo foster the attraction, integration and talent development, generating knowledge and promoting its transfer, promoting the international research cooperation and strengthening the bonds with the industry in order to consolidate Andalucía TECH as a open and sustainable campus.
EI.2. FOSTERING OF THE LEARNING, RESEARCH AND KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE OF THE CAMPUS IN AN INTERNATIONAL SCOPE.To adapt the teaching processes and methodologies to the new EHEA, with the clear determination to convert Andalucía TECH in an intercultural space which favours the overall development of the people, facilitating its adaptation capacity and integration into the new international environments, and promoting the internationalisation of the knowledge transfer mechanisms.
EI.3. RESEARCH INTERNATIONAL PROJECTION.To foster the researcher capacity, as well as the knowledge transfer in line with all the strategies at European and national levels, and regional policies which can boost it in the achievement of this objective.
EI.4. STRATEGY FOR ENCOURAGING THE INTERNATIONALIZATION OF THE ACTIVITIES AND STAFF OF THE CAMPUS.To encourage the internationalisation of the staff activities of Andalucía TECH. These measures have a direct impact on the Campus capacity to attract international talent, as well as to improve its research and teaching capacity and potential. Likewise, a group of incentives and support measures for the promotion of the Andalucía TECH visibility in the international environment are gathered. These should be considered as a direct support to the Visibility and Communication Strategy of the campus.
EI.5. INTERNATIONAL VISIBILITY AND COMMUNICATION.To promote the Campus internationally and to increase its visibility in the international environment by strengthening its positive image, values and attractions of the Campus among the public opinion, helping, thus, to the attraction of international talent.
