The general objective of this Plan for Scientific Improvement and Knowledge Transfer is to increase scientific productivity, its international projection and to increase its impact on the socio-economic sector by boosting and revitalising all researchers and installations of excellence, both existing ones and those to be implemented. For this purpose, measures will be taken so that the university takes part in the innovation process and contributes to cover the research-innovation gap.

It is based on:

Objetive B.1:

To establish measures that boost research, knowledge transfer and innovation in Andalucía TECH, especially established Educational and Research Poles of Excellence, so that they can generate knowledge with international recognition and attract national and foreign talent.

Objetive B.2:

To create and implement action protocols with the Andalucía TECH aggregate stakeholders for the labour insertion, its connection and value contribution in the productive network, of specialised doctors and technologists.

Objetive B.3:

To promote the entrepreneurial culture and participation in spin-offs as a way to mature the developed technologies and to cover the gap between the applied research and the business innovation, through the constant knowledge generation.

Objetive B.4:

To promote the cooperation with the scientific community of developing economies with which there are already stable connections, as another way of technology transfer and free movement of knowledge, in order to design a university that helps attract the talent and the training and collaboration with the progress and the cultural, social and economic development of the communities.
